What is My Lotus’s?

My Lotus's is the loyalty program of Lotus's that offers additional privileges to members. Members can enjoy benefits and earn Lotus's Coins by making purchases at Lotus's. Members can redeem coins as discounts  when purchasing products at Lotus's (excluding non-participating items). The coins can also be exchanged for special privileges, exclusive deals with  participating partners, or cash vouchers on  Lotus's SMART App.

How can I register My Lotus's membership?

There are 2 ways to apply for membership as follows:

1. Apply online by downloading the Lotus's SMART App or visiting the website mylotussregister.lotuss.com and enter your mobile phone number, fill in the OTP code and complete the required information.
2. Apply in-store by providing your ID card and phone number to the cashier.

Does My Lotus's membership have an expiration date?

My Lotus's membership has no expiration date.

What should I do if I failed to register My Lotus's membership?

Please contact Lotus’s Call Center 1430 press 1 everyday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to check more information.

How can I update my My Lotus’s membership information?

Members can update personal information including mobile number through 1) the Lotus's Smart App, 2) Lotus's website (https://www.lotuss.com), 3) LineOA Lotus’s, Lotus’s Go Fresh and   all Lotus's branches

Note: Members cannot change their ID card number by themselves. If you need to change your  ID card number, please contact Lotus’s Call Center 1430 press 1 from 9:00AM to 11:00PM everyday

What is Lotus's Coin?

Lotus' Coins are points accumulated by members of My Lotus’s when they purchase participating products from Lotus’s.

For 50 baht or more, receiving 0.3% Lotus coins with every baht spent, where 1 Lotus coin is equivalent to 1 baht. They can be used to redeem for discounts when purchasing participating products at all Lotus’s stores and Lotus’s shop online, or to redeem special privileges, deals, discount coupons, and cash coupons from shops and services via the Lotus’s Smart App.

How and where can I earn Lotus’s Coins?

You can earn coins by purchasing products at all Lotus's store,  Lotus's Shop Online, CP Freshmart, and Lotus's official store on Shopee/Lazada.

When you purchase products participating in the Lotus’s promotion for 50 baht or more, you will receive 0.3% Lotus’s coins for every baht spent.

How can I check my Lotus’s Coins balance?

Lotus's Coins balance can be checked from the following channels:

1. Lotus’s SMART App, Easily check Lotus’s Coins balance on My Lotus’s Menu via Lotus’s SMART App anytime.
2. Receipt, Simply check Lotus’s Coins balance at the bottom of the sales slip after making purchase with My Lotus’s member.
3. Lotus’s & Lotus’s GoFresh Line Official Account, Click “ My Lotus's member” rich menu to check the Lotus's Coins balance anytime.
4. Lotus’s Call Center, Call 1430 Press 1 to inquire about the Lotus's Coins balance.

If I forget to inform my phone number for coin collection, can I request to add Lotus’s Coins retroactively?

Members can request to collect Lotus's Coins retrospectively by contact Lotus’s Call Center 1430 press 1 within 3 days from the purchase date.

Remark: Receipt of the  purchase is required for verification.

Channels for using Lotus’s Coins

1. Redeem Lotus’s Coins as a discount at the cashier in every Lotus’s stores
2. Redeem Lotus’s Coins as a discount in Lotus's SMART app
3. Redeem Lotus’s Coins as a discount when purchasing products from Lotus's Shop Online (Lotus's website/Lotus's SMART App). It cannot be used as a discount when purchasing products from Shopee and Lazada.

How can I redeem Lotus’s Coins for partner's privilege deals?

You can redeem Lotus's Coins as partner's privilege deals on  the Lotus's SMART App > My Lotus's page and select "Redeem coins" menu.

Do Lotus’s Coins have an expiration date?

Lotus’s Coins have a year-to-year validity period. Coins earned this year will be deducted on 31 January at 11:59 p.m. of the following year (expiration date).

Example: Lotus’s Coins earned during 1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023 will be deducted (expired) on  31 January 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Is it possible to transfer Lotus's Coins to other My Lotus's membership accounts?

It's unable to transfer the coins to other My Lotus's accounts.
