Rajthanee Hospital Public Company Limited operates a medical service business. In the beginning, it was under the name of Ayutthaya Vejkarn Company Limited by a group of medical specialists, most of whom graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, who are currently the major shareholders of the company, including Dr. Wachira Wuttikulprapan, Dr. Pornthip Wuttikulprapan, and Dr. Surin Prasithiran, in collaboration with leading businessmen in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province who saw the lack of public health services for the people in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, which is the location of many large industrial factories. However, the services of various medical facilities in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province and nearby provinces were still insufficient to meet the demand. Therefore, they decided to establish Rajthanee Hospital in Khlong Suan Phlu Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, which is a high-growth area and near the main roads, namely Asia Road and Rojana Road. It began operations in 1992 and has been well-received by the people of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province and nearby provinces ever since.
