Ruamphat Phitsanulok Hospital Established in 1980 under the name "Ruam Phaet Poly Clinic", the aim was to allow Phitsanulok residents to see specialist doctors in one place. However, due to the large number of service recipients, both within the province and other provinces, it was not able to truly meet the needs of all service recipients. Therefore, it opened for inpatients with 30 beds in 1985 and expanded the service area to be more spacious by building a 7-story building and increasing the number of beds to 100 in 1990.
The name was changed to "Ruam Phaet Hospital Phitsanulok" onwards.
