GINGER FARM is a farm run business that primarily offers workshops for children, as well as adults, to give them a taste of Thai farm life and other related activities. When people gather, they need food, so we opened GINGER FARM KITCHEN, serving traditional Thai cuisine, with a focus on northern Thai cuisine. We originally intended to focus on organic and free-range food as much as possible, to ensure our guests receive a safe environment and food. Our food is prepared in the traditional, authentic way, using vegetables and herbs from our own garden, with no MSG added.
