The food here is inspired by royal recipes, using traditional cooking techniques and selecting ingredients directly from local farmers. There are both Tasting Menu and À la carte options. A special highlight is the “Duck Curry”, which is made with lychee, cumin seeds and fresh coconut milk. Another dish not to be missed is the Roasted Pork with Cumin Seeds, served with Roasted Eggplant Chili Paste. The pork is skillfully roasted and seasoned to perfection. In addition to the delicious food, the service here is equally impressive.
