"WashXpress has over 425* branches (as of August 2023) offering coin-operated washing machines (self-service laundromats) spread across various locations in both central and outer Bangkok, as well as other provinces.
External Look – WashXpress uses a logo featuring a cow and a washing machine. Our laundromats are large, spacious, and have parking spaces. From the outside, the store features a dark blue color tone.
Internal Ambience – Inside the store, the focus is on brightness, using a combination of white, pink, and blue with a slight touch of black. There are large seating areas and tables available for customers to place their belongings.
Automatic Washing Machines – We offer washing machines in 3 sizes: 9 kg, 14 kg, and the largest size at 27 kg to accommodate varying amounts of laundry for different customers.
Automatic Cloth Dryer Machines – We have two sizes of dryers: 14 kg and 20 kg.
Automatic Coin Exchange Machine – To enhance convenience for customers, we provide automatic coin exchange machines for easy access to coins.
Automatic Vending Machine – We have vending machines where customers can purchase laundry detergent and fabric softener in case they forget to bring their own.
Cleared ‘How to Use’ Sign – We have clear instructional signs with step-by-step guides on how to use the automatic machines in the store, with easy-to-understand pictures, to assist customers who may not be familiar with the process.
Free Wifi – Customers can enjoy free Wi-Fi within the store to make the most of their time while using our services.
