“31 Years Lotus Anniversary” Activity

1. Campaign Period
 The activity runs from September 18, 2025 (00:01 hrs.) to November 12, 2025 (23:59 hrs.).

2. Eligibility & Participation
 Participants must be My Lotus members and have successfully logged in to the Lotus Smart App. Eligible participation consists of the following:

2.1) Prize Entry Rights

2.1.1) For every purchase of any product (excluding restricted items*) at all Lotus branches nationwide, in the supermarket zone and via Lotus Online, with a minimum purchase of THB 100 per receipt (VAT included), the customer will earn 1 prize entry.

2.1.2) Only the net purchase amount after discounts is counted.

2.1.3) Accumulation across receipts is not allowed.

2.1.4) Participants must scan the QR code to register once in the Lotus Smart App for the entire campaign.

2.1.5) For online purchases, eligibility will be counted the following day after goods are delivered.

2.1.6) The company will calculate prize entries automatically from the My Lotus’s member database.

2.2) E-Stamp Collection

2.2.1) Every purchase of THB 100 (VAT included) at Lotus (excluding restricted items*), in the supermarket zone or Lotus Online, earns 1 E-Stamp.

2.2.2) Online purchases are eligible the following day after delivery.

2.2.3) Stamps will be calculated from the My Lotus’s member database.

2.2.4) Participants may use E-Stamps to redeem rewards or to enter prize draws in the “31 Years Lotus Anniversary” campaign from October 24 – November 12, 2025, exclusively via the Lotus Smart App.

2.3) Happy Mall Stamp Collection

2.3.1) Purchases of THB 100 (VAT included) or more at any Lotus Mall tenant shops and food courts (excluding supermarkets and delivery channels) between September 18 – October 31, 2025 qualify for Happy Mall Stamps.

2.3.2) Participation process:

2.3.2.1) Add LINE official account @lotussth and select the “My Lotus’s” banner to access the Happy Mall Stamp system.

2.3.2.2) Enter the mobile number used for My Lotus’s registration.

2.3.2.2) Upload receipts to receive Happy Mall Stamps.

2.3.3) Stamp rules:

2.3.3.1) Gold shops & optical shops (Top Charoen, Mondae, Hor Waan): 1 receipt with THB 10,000 = 20 Stamps. Limit 20 stamps/day/account.

2.3.3.2) Other Mall shops: THB 100/receipt = 1 Stamp. Limit 1 stamp per shop/day/account, and up to 2 shops/day (maximum 2 stamps/day).

2.3.2.3) Maximum: 22 stamps/day/account (with up to 3 receipts/day).

2.3.4) Receipts must be uploaded the same day of purchase via LINE @lotussth. Backdated submissions are not accepted.

2.3.5) Each Happy Mall Stamp = 1 prize entry.

2.3.6) Only printed receipts showing branch, shop name, date, and VAT-inclusive amount are valid.

2.3.7) Food court receipts: Only prepaid card receipts (non-refundable) with branch code and transaction code are accepted.

2.3.8) Stamp counts are based on net amount after discounts.

*Excluded product categories: alcohol, tobacco, Singha soda, all energy drinks, all types of sugar, UHT Dutch Mill / Deena / D-malt milk, Hale’s Blue Boy syrup, Ajinomoto MSG, infant milk formula (0–1 year), baby food supplements for under 1 year, medicines and pharmaceuticals, electrical appliances, mobile phones, all True products, bill payments, top-up cards, gift cards, vouchers, gift baskets, Jungle Café purchases, wholesale/credit sales.

3. Prize Draw Method
 All eligible entries from sections 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 will be printed and drawn at:
 Lucky One Group Co., Ltd. HQ (3/16 Soi Nonthaburi 48, Sanambin Nam Rd., Tha Sai, Mueang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi 11000)
 on November 21, 2025, at 10:00 hrs.

4. Winner Announcement
 Results will be announced via the Lotus Smart App on November 28, 2025, before 18:00 hrs.

5. Prizes
 A total of 21 prizes valued at THB 3,116,000, including:

5.1.1) Grand Prize (1 winner): Mini Cooper Electric SE Hightrim (special Ocean Wave Green color with “31 Years Lotus Anniversary” wrap) worth THB 1,904,000.

5.1.2) Second Prize (20 winners): Honda Scoopy-I Urban (wire-spoke wheels, with “31 Years Lotus Anniversary” wrap), each worth THB 60,600 (total THB 1,212,000).

6. Winner Contact
 Winners will be contacted by Lucky One Group Co., Ltd. Winners may also call 02-591-9800 ext. 0 during business hours (09:00–16:00).
 If unreachable within 30 days of announcement, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

7. Claim Requirements

7.1) Winners must present correct, matching documentation with company records.

7.2) If documents are missing/incomplete or the winner fails to claim the prize, the company reserves the right to award alternates or donate the prize to charity/government.

8. Prize Collection
 Winners must collect prizes in person at the time and place specified by the company.

9. Taxes & Fees

9.1) Winners of prizes worth THB 1,000 or more must pay 5% withholding tax (as per Revenue Dept. Order No. ทป.101/2544).

9.2) Winners must also cover registration, compulsory insurance, vehicle insurance, travel insurance, and all other related expenses.

10. Vehicle Prize Conditions

10.1) The Mini Cooper and Honda Scoopy-I prizes will come with Lotus Anniversary stickers/wraps.

10.2) Removal is possible but at the winner’s own expense.

11. Disney Cruise Prize

11.1) Prize includes a 4D3N Disney Cruise (Singapore–Singapore) in a Deluxe Inside Stateroom plus economy-class roundtrip airfare from Thailand to Singapore for 2 persons.

11.2) Winners must travel within April–May 2026 on dates specified by the company.

12. Prize Restrictions

12.1) Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

12.2) Rights are non-transferable.

13. Receipt Validity
 Uploaded receipts must be dated within the campaign period only.

14. Purchase Calculation
 Purchase amount is based on net value after coupons, coins, and discounts.

15. Exclusions
 Employees of the company, their families, agencies, and advertising partners involved are not eligible.

16. Final Decision
 The committee’s decision is final and binding.

17. Receipt Trading
 The company is not responsible for damages arising from unauthorized receipt trading.

18. Fraud & Misconduct
 The company reserves the right to revoke or cancel eligibility in cases of fraud or misconduct without notice.

19. Changes to Terms
 The company may amend terms and conditions at its discretion, with announcements made via official channels.

20. Publicity Consent
 Winners agree to allow the company and its representatives to use their names, photos, videos, or interviews for publicity without compensation.
