Terms and Conditions for Lotus's Member Discount Coupons

- Coupons cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other forms of payment. If the purchase amount is less than the coupon's value, the difference will not be refunded or saved for future use.

- Valid at all Lotus's branches (except for Lotus's Online Shopping, Click & Collect service, and LINE Hato). Coupons must be used according to the specified terms and validity period.

- Each coupon can only be used once and must be used with the phone number linked to the specified member account.

- Limited to one coupon per receipt. Coupons cannot be redeemed or used on behalf of others.

- Limited to one coupon per receipt. Coupons cannot be combined with other discount coupons, except for Cash Vouchers and product-specific discount coupons.

- Only coupons displayed in the Lotus's Smart App are accepted. Photos or copies of coupons will not be accepted under any circumstances.

- The purchase amount for coupon calculation is the net purchase amount after deducting coin redemptions and all types of discounts.

- Not valid for the purchase of alcohol, all types of tobacco, Singha Soda, all types of energy drinks, C-vitt, Ichitan and Yen Yen beverages, all types of sugar, all palm oil items, Dutch Mill UHT milk, Deena UHT milk, D-malt UHT milk, Hale's Blue Boy syrup, Ajinomoto MSG, Mae Krua canned fish, Panthai dipping sauce, Mae Pranom products, Aroidee coconut milk, Chaokoh coconut milk, infant and toddler formula (stages 1, 2), dietary supplements for infants and children under 1 year old, dangerous drugs, all True products, bill payments, top-up cards, gift cards, food courts, rental shops, gift baskets, Jungle Cafe, and all types of multipack items. The company reserves the right to add or remove items from the list of non-participating products as appropriate.

- Discounts from coupons will not be included in the calculation for Lotus's coins.

- The terms and conditions are as determined by the company. The company reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. In case of a dispute, the company's decision is final.
