3. Lucky Draw Process: The draw will be conducted by printing participant name tickets and drawing lucky winners on November 20, 2026, at Lucky One Group Co., Ltd. (Head Office), 3/16 Soi Nontaburi 48, Sanambinnam Road, Tha Sai Sub-district, Mueang Nontaburi District, Nonthaburi 11000. Winners will be announced on November 30, 2026, via the Lotus’s - โลตัส Facebook Page and the Lotus’s SMART App.

4. Each winner is eligible to receive only 1 prize throughout the campaign. If a drawn winner has already been awarded a prize, the committee reserves the right to award the subsequent prize to the next alternate winner.

5. Winners will be contacted by staff from Lucky One Group Co., Ltd. via the telephone number registered with their My Lotus’s account on the day following the winner announcement. Winners must verify their identity and confirm their right to claim the prize by December 20, 2026. If the company cannot contact a winner or if a winner fails to confirm their claim by December 20, 2026, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

6. Winners must pay a 5% withholding tax on the prize value in accordance with Revenue Department Order No. Tor.Por. 101/2544.

7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be resold to third parties. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
