2. Eligibility Conditions

- Participants must be My Lotus’s members who are logged into their membership account and submit receipts via the Lotus’s Smart App or Line Official Account @lotussth.

- Entry into the lucky draw for 1 prize: a 5-day, 3-night Beijing tour package to Universal Studios Beijing.

• Purchase products or services within the Lotus’s Mall zone at any Lotus’s branch nationwide with a minimum spending of THB 200 per receipt to receive 1 entry; or

• Use SPARK EV services at participating Lotus’s Go Fresh branches with a minimum spending of THB 200 per receipt to receive 3 entries.

- Participation limits are as follows:

• Limited to 1 entry per receipt from Lotus’s Mall merchants.

• A maximum of 3 entries per member per day combined from Lotus’s Mall and/or SPARK EV.

- Total number of prizes: 10 prizes.

- Each prize includes 2 seats, totaling 20 seats.

- Prize value: THB 102,000 per prize, with a total prize value of THB 1,020,000.

- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, exchanged for other items, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances, unless otherwise determined by the Company.

3. Participant Qualifications

Participation is reserved for Thai nationals residing in Thailand and who possess identification documents as required by the Company.

4. Receipts

Participants must retain the original receipt as proof throughout the activity period and until prize redemption is completed. Should the Company request additional verification, participants must provide the original receipt for examination. The Company reserves the right not to accept copies, photographs, electronic receipts, re-printed receipts, damaged receipts, altered receipts, forged receipts, or receipts containing incomplete information under any circumstances.

5. Sale or Transfer of Receipts

The sale, transfer, or exchange of receipts is beyond the Company's control. The Company reserves the right to disclaim any liability for damages or disputes arising from such actions under all circumstances.

6. Participation Method

6.1 Earning Entries from Lotus’s Mall Merchants

- Eligible participants must be properly registered My Lotus’s members and must log in using their own membership account.

- Participants must submit receipts via the Lotus’s Smart App or Line Official Account @lotussth in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company.

- Upon purchasing products or services within the Lotus’s Mall zone or using SPARK EV services in accordance with the Company's requirements and successfully submitting a valid receipt, the Company will grant entries based on the transaction type and spending amount specified.

- Any benefits or privileges shall only be deemed valid after verification and approval by the Company. Even after approval has been granted, if the Company subsequently determines that the participant lacks eligibility, fails to comply with the terms and conditions, or is otherwise ineligible, the Company reserves the right to revoke, cancel, or reclaim such privileges and prizes immediately without prior notice.

6.2 Submission of Lotus’s Mall Merchant Receipts

6.2.1 Receipts

- Receipts used for participation must be original receipts printed from a receipt printer only and must clearly display the branch name, merchant name, transaction date, and payment amount. Multiple receipts may not be combined to meet the minimum spending requirement. The first and last name shown on the submitted receipt must match the member's name in the system (if applicable).

- For Lotus’s Food Court receipts, only receipts issued for the purchase of non-refundable food court cards are eligible. Such receipts must clearly display the branch code and transaction code. Receipts issued by individual food court vendors are not eligible.

- Gold shop receipts must contain complete information, including the first and last name matching the member's registered name, branch name, store name, transaction date, and payment amount. Gold buy-back receipts, pawn receipts, warranty documents, trade-in documents, and receipts from jewelry or diamond stores are not eligible.

- The Company reserves the right not to consider altered, damaged, or incomplete receipts, including online receipts, electronic receipts, re-printed receipts, or receipts from purchases made through delivery services under any circumstances.

6.2.2 Receipt Submission Period and Method

Receipts used for participation must be issued between 25 June 2026 and 19 August 2026. Participants must submit receipts via the Lotus’s Smart App or Line Official Account @lotussth on the same date the receipt was issued or within 3 days from the date indicated on the receipt.

6.2.3 Accumulated Entries

The Company shall calculate eligibility based on the net purchase amount after deduction of all discounts, coupons, product returns, transaction cancellations, and any other applicable benefits in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions. The date and time stated on the receipt shall be deemed final and conclusive. In the event of any product return, transaction cancellation, product exchange, full or partial refund, or any circumstance that causes the net purchase amount to no longer satisfy the Campaign requirements, the Company reserves the right to reduce, revoke, or reclaim the prize entitlement retrospectively.

6.2.4 Spending Calculation Criteria

The Company will calculate spending based on the net payment amount after deducting discounts, coupons, product returns, cancellations, and all other related benefits or adjustments. The transaction date and time shown on the receipt shall be deemed final. In the event of a full or partial product return, the Company reserves the right to reduce or revoke entries retroactively.

6.2.5 Excluded Product Categories

- Alcoholic beverages.

- All tobacco products.

- Infant formula milk (Stage 1 and Stage 2) and nutritional supplements for infants and young children under 3 years of age.

- Medicines and pharmaceutical products.

- Utility bill payments, credit card payments, telephone bills, and internet service payments.

- Top-up cards, gift cards, and cash cards.

- Insurance premiums and all financial transactions.

6.2.6 Participant Qualifications

Participation is reserved for Thai nationals residing in Thailand and who possess identification documents as required by the Company.

6.2.7 Receipt Retention

Please retain the original receipt as evidence for reference in case of any issues or disputes.

6.2.8 Revocation of Rights

If the Company determines that a participant has failed to comply with the activity terms and conditions or has engaged in fraudulent, forged, deceptive, abusive, unauthorized, or other actions intended to circumvent the campaign requirements, the Company reserves the right to suspend, revoke, cancel, or reclaim all entries, accumulated rights, and prizes immediately without prior notice and without compensation. The Company also reserves the right to pursue legal action if any participant's conduct constitutes a civil and/or criminal offense.

7. Prize Redemption

- Prize winners must confirm their eligibility and contact the Company within the period specified by the Company. Failure to do so shall be deemed a forfeiture of the prize, and the Company reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner or take any action it deems appropriate.

- Prize winners shall be solely responsible for any expenses not included in the prize, including withholding tax, personal income tax, fees, passport costs, visa fees, transportation to and from the airport, personal expenses, and any other expenses associated with prize redemption.

- Prize winners and accompanying travelers must possess passports with a validity period of at least six (6) months from the departure date and must be legally eligible to enter the destination country in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

- If a prize winner is unable to complete travel documentation, obtain a visa, or satisfy any travel requirements within the required timeframe, the Company reserves the right to consider such winner as having forfeited the prize without compensation.

8. Company's Rights and Reservations

- The Company reserves the right to amend the details, duration, prizes, number of prizes, participation methods, winner selection process, and any terms and conditions of this activity as it deems appropriate. Any changes will be announced through channels designated by the Company, and the Company's decision shall be final.

- The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from delays, errors, incompleteness, or failures of internet systems, network systems, telephone systems, application systems, Line systems, or any other electronic systems related to participation in this activity.

- The Company is not involved in and does not guarantee the quality, standards, or suitability of products and services provided by merchants within Lotus’s Mall, including services provided by tour operators, airlines, hotels, or any other third parties.

- The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the activity or prizes due to force majeure, events beyond the Company's reasonable control, or other necessary circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, government measures, flight cancellations, or travel restrictions.

1.2 Supermarket Zone Activity Details (Banana Stamp Campaign)

- Eligible participants must be My Lotus’s members who are logged into their membership account via the Lotus’s Smart App or Line Official Account @lotussth.

- For every THB 100 spent on products in the Supermarket Zone at Lotus’s Hypermarket branches, all Lotus’s Go Fresh branches, and Lotus’s Online (excluding purchases through Hato and other excluded products), after deducting coupons and any coin discounts, members will receive 1 Banana Stamp. Any remaining amount below THB 100 on each receipt will not be counted and cannot be combined with other receipts.

- Members who accumulate 5 Banana Stamps will receive 1 entry into the lucky draw for a 5-day, 3-night Beijing tour package to Universal Studios Beijing. A total of 1 prize will be awarded. Members must redeem their stamps themselves via the application or Line account only.

- Banana Stamps will only be deemed valid once the Company’s system has successfully recorded the purchase transaction. The number of stamps displayed in the system is preliminary information only. The Company reserves the right to verify, amend, or adjust the number of stamps in the event of system or data errors.

- Redemption of Banana Stamps for participation rights is deemed an action performed by the member personally. Once a member confirms the redemption, the transaction cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

- In the event of a product return, order cancellation, or refund, whether in whole or in part, the Company reserves the right to deduct, reclaim, or revoke Banana Stamps and participation rights retroactively and immediately.

- Banana Stamps earned under this campaign may only be redeemed within the period specified by the Company. Any unused stamps after the specified period shall be forfeited and may not be reclaimed.

- My Lotus’s members may redeem participation rights an unlimited number of times. Redemption of Banana Stamps for participation rights is deemed an action performed by the member personally. Once a member confirms the redemption, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

1. Activity Period

2. Eligibility Conditions

- Eligible participants who spend THB 200 or more per receipt at participating merchants or service providers within the Lotus’s Mall zone nationwide, or who use SPARK EV services at Lotus’s Go Fresh branches with a minimum spending of THB 200 per receipt, and who submit receipts in accordance with Clause 1.1, will automatically accumulate qualifying days to participate in the special campaign “Shop for 30 Days and Receive a Minions Blanket Plush Premium Gift (Assorted Designs)” throughout the campaign period.

- Qualifying days will be counted based on at least one valid receipt per day that meets the campaign requirements during the campaign period. Consecutive spending days are not required.

- Participants who accumulate qualifying spending days for 30 days in accordance with the Company's requirements will receive 1 entitlement to a Minions Blanket Plush Premium Gift (assorted designs) throughout the campaign.

 In the event that multiple participants accumulate the same number of qualifying days, ranking priority will be determined based on the date and time that receipts were submitted to the campaign.

2. Terms and Conditions for Lotus’s Mall and Supermarket Zone (Stamp Campaign)

1. Revocation of Rights

If the Company verifies and determines that a participant or prize recipient does not meet the specified eligibility requirements, or if any participation rights have been obtained through fraud, forgery, deception, dishonest conduct, unauthorized use, product returns, transaction cancellations, or any action affecting the spending amount or number of entries for the purpose of obtaining rights or prizes under this campaign, the Company reserves the right to cancel, revoke, reclaim, suspend participation rights, or withhold prize awards immediately without prior notice and without liability for any damages or compensation whatsoever. The Company further reserves the right to pursue legal action against any participant whose conduct may constitute a civil and/or criminal offense.

2. Prize Conditions

Prizes awarded under this campaign may not be exchanged, redeemed, converted into cash, substituted for other prizes, transferred, assigned, sold, or otherwise provided to any third party or legal entity under any circumstances. Participants shall not be entitled to claim any additional compensation, reimbursement, or other benefits from the Company. 3. Travel-Related Liability

The Company acts solely as the organizer of this sales promotion campaign and is not the direct travel operator. Accordingly, the Company shall not be responsible for any delays, flight cancellations or changes, visa refusals, denied travel, loss of property, accidents, injuries, force majeure events, or any damages arising from travel or the use of the prize under any circumstances.

Prize winners and accompanying travelers must possess all required qualifications, passports, visas, and other travel documentation, which must be valid and compliant with applicable laws and destination-country requirements. Failure to satisfy such requirements shall be deemed a forfeiture of the prize, and the Company shall not be responsible for any compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, suspend, or cancel these terms and conditions, campaign details, prizes, campaign periods, or any related benefits as deemed appropriate. Any such changes will be announced through the Company's communication channels.

In the event of any dispute, question, or disagreement relating to the campaign, the Company's interpretation and decision shall be final and binding in all cases.

5. Rights to Use Images and Media

This campaign is organized for sales promotion and marketing communication purposes. By participating in this campaign, participants agree and consent to the Company and its authorized representatives photographing, filming, recording audio, conducting interviews, and using participants’ or prize winners’ names, photographs, voices, information, and likenesses for publicity, promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes through any media channels and in any format without limitation as to time or geographic area and without any additional compensation or benefits.

8.2 Prize Draw Procedure

The prize draw will be conducted by printing raffle tickets bearing the names of eligible participants according to the number of entries earned. Winning names will then be drawn from the raffle tickets on 26 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Lucky One Group Co., Ltd. (Head Office), located at 3/16 Soi Nonthaburi 48, Sanambinnam Road, Tha Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi 11000.

8.3 Winner Announcement

The list of winners will be announced via Facebook Lotus’s - โลตัส, and winners will receive an SMS notification sent to the telephone number registered with their My Lotus’s membership account on 4 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

8.4 Prize Confirmation

Winners must confirm their prize entitlement by contacting the My Lotus’s Member Service Center (Call Center 1430) no later than 11 September 2026 before 5:00 p.m.

Following confirmation, Lucky One Group Co., Ltd. (Head Office), acting as the Company’s representative, will contact winners via the telephone number registered with their My Lotus’s membership account to request identity verification documents and prize redemption documentation, including the original national identification card.

Failure to confirm eligibility within the specified period, submission of incomplete documentation, or inability to contact the winner for any reason shall be deemed a forfeiture of the prize. The Company reserves the right to award the prize to the next alternate winner.

8.5 Prize Limitation

Each winner shall be entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) prize throughout the campaign period.

Receipt of a premium gift under the special campaign described in Clause 1.3 shall not affect a participant’s eligibility to enter the Beijing tour package lucky draw.

8.6 Prize Transfer Restrictions

Prizes under this campaign may not be transferred, reassigned, exchanged, redeemed for cash, substituted with other benefits, either in whole or in part, nor may the traveler’s name be changed after prize confirmation.

8.7 Travel Schedule

There will be one travel departure only:

Thursday, 29 October 2026 – Monday, 2 November 2026

Total of 13 prize entitlements, representing 26 seats in total.

8.8 Travel Conditions

Prize winners and accompanying travelers must travel according to the travel dates and times specified by the Company and must travel with the designated tour group only.

Travel dates, departure times, and itineraries cannot be changed under any circumstances.

If a prize winner or accompanying traveler is unable to travel according to the specified itinerary, such person shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize and shall not be entitled to any compensation or substitute prize.

The Company reserves the right to modify travel dates, times, flights, routes, or itineraries as appropriate in cases of force majeure, events beyond the Company’s control, or other necessary circumstances preventing travel according to the original schedule.

8.9 Traveler Qualifications

Prize winners and accompanying travelers must fully satisfy all legal and travel requirements, including possession of a passport valid for at least six (6) months from the travel date, eligibility to pass immigration procedures, and compliance with all rules, regulations, and requirements imposed by the destination country, airline, and relevant authorities.

Failure to meet such requirements, obtain necessary visas or documents, or receive approval from relevant authorities shall be deemed a forfeiture of the prize, and the Company shall not provide any compensation or replacement prize.

8.10 Prize Package Inclusions

The Beijing Universal Studios Beijing 5-Day, 3-Night Tour Package includes:

- Round-trip airfare and airport taxes.

- Checked baggage allowance of 23 kilograms per person for both outbound and return flights.

- Twin-share accommodation (2 persons per room) for 3 nights.

- 10 meals.

- Drinking water and snacks throughout the trip.

- Coach transportation throughout the stay in China.

- Driver, tour leader, and local guide gratuities.

- Admission fees for all attractions specified in the itinerary.ปป

- One-day Universal Studios Beijing admission ticket with a 3-Ride Express Pass.

- Round-trip second-class high-speed train tickets between Beijing and Tianjin.

- Travel accident insurance with coverage of:

  - Death benefit: up to THB 1,000,000 per person.

Coverage is subject to the applicable insurance policy terms and conditions and excludes health insurance.

8.11 Exclusions

The tour package does not include:

- Passport application fees.

- Alien travel document fees.

- Visa fees for holders of foreign passports (applications must be submitted personally).

- Single room supplement of THB 5,500 per person.

- Excess baggage charges.

- Personal expenses, including passport fees, telephone charges, international calls, internet fees, hotel minibar charges, laundry services, food and beverages not specified in the itinerary.

- Transportation outside the tour itinerary.

- Domestic transportation expenses.

- Immigration fines or administrative fees.

- Additional Universal Studios Beijing Express Pass purchases.

8.12 Unused Services

If a prize winner and/or accompanying traveler does not utilize any part or all of the travel services included in the package, or is denied entry to or exit from any country for any reason, no refund of any portion of the travel package shall be provided.

8.13 Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages beyond the rights expressly stated in these terms and conditions. Under no circumstances shall the Company's liability, if any, exceed the value of the prize awarded. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or opportunity-loss damages under any circumstances.

8.14 Passport Information

The Company shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from errors in spelling names, titles, passport numbers, or other information required for flight reservations where the winner and/or accompanying traveler fails to provide a copy of the passport information page to the Company's representative.

8.15 Itinerary Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary as appropriate to accommodate prevailing conditions, weather, and timing at the destination country on the actual travel dates, with due consideration given primarily to the safety of travelers.

8.16 Force Majeure and External Events

The Company shall not be responsible for any damages or additional expenses incurred by travelers arising from causes beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, strikes, revolutions, accidents, illnesses, loss or damage to baggage, delays, changes in airline services, or other force majeure events.

8.17 Epidemic Situations

Should an epidemic or public health situation prevent the campaign or travel arrangements from proceeding as planned, the Company reserves the right to postpone or amend travel information, destinations, dates, and times, with updated information to be announced accordingly.

8.18 Fraudulent Participation

If the Company determines that a participant has obtained rights or prizes through fraud, forgery, deception, dishonest conduct, product returns, transaction cancellations, or any action affecting spending amounts or entry counts, the Company reserves the right to revoke, reclaim, suspend, or cancel participation rights and prizes immediately without prior notice or compensation. The Company also reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

8.19 Interpretation of Terms

The Company reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions, and the Company's decision shall be final. Where necessary, the Company may amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions and will provide notice as appropriate and as required by law.

8.22 Withholding Tax

Prize winners are required to pay withholding tax at the rate of 5% of the prize value, amounting to THB 5,100 (calculated based on a prize value of THB 102,000), payable to CP Axtra Public Company Limited in accordance with Revenue Department Order No. Tor.Por. 101/2544, Clause 12/2.
