1. Please present your privilege before using the service by redeeming the free right via Lotus’s SMART App in front of staff and showing the redemption code on your mobile screen to the staff.
2. Redemption period: 1 April – 31 May 2026 
3. Limited to 1 privilege per member per campaign. 
4. Screenshots or fraudulent redemptions will not be accepted. 
5. This privilege is valid at Lotus’s Pinklao branch only. 
6. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions. 
7. Expired or unused codes will be deemed forfeited and cannot be reused. 
8. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
