1. We reserve the right to use the discount code exclusively for Lotus customers who are regular users of Lalamove and do not have a business account with Lalamove only.

2. Lotus customers can use the code they received to redeem a discount coupon in the Lalamove application. Upon redemption, customers will receive a discount coupon offering 60 THB off Cars and Trucks, 1 coupon. The discount coupon is valid for 14 days from the date of redemption in the Lalamove application.

Cars include Sedan / Hatchback / SUV

Trucks include pickup truck / 4-door pickup truck / Box Truck / Fence Truck

3. The discount code can only be used when placing an order within the service areas via the Lalamove application. The service areas include Bangkok, its vicinity, and Chonburi (for pick-up points), with destinations allowed anywhere (drop-off), except Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat.

4. To use the discount coupon, customers must first add the received code to their wallet in the Lalamove application before placing an order.

5. If the delivery cost is less than or equal to the value of the discount coupon, the coupon cannot be used.

6. The discount coupons cannot be used with the ‘Rental Service’.

7. The discount coupons cannot be used with the ‘Schedule Order Services’.
