2.If the benefit is claimed but not used within the specified conditions or time frame, the company reserves the right not to provide compensation or reissue the coupon under any circumstances.

3.The company or website reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with the specified conditions.

4.Users agree to pay the delivery fee and any remaining balance after applying the discount. If the discount exceeds the service fee, users acknowledge that the excess discount cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a discount on future services.

5.The privilege cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.

9.The discount code for food can be applied at the checkout page in ShopeeFood.

10.The code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discount codes, coupons, or privileges.

11.The discount code is valid for all ShopeeFood partner restaurants and branches participating in the promotion, within the ShopeeFood service area only.

12.For issues with coupon usage, contact ShopeeFood Customer Support within the promotion period. Afterward, the company will not be liable for any damages.
