1. Redeem E-coupon to get privilege via Lotus’s Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be show on the mobile screen to staff.

2. Total limit 1,000 privilege / campaign 

3. Redemption period Start 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026

4. The code is applicable at PRINC HOSPITAL UTHAI THANI only.

5. The privilege is valid as mentioned above only and cannot be refunded or exchanged to cash or any other form of payment. The privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts

6. The unused and expired code is deemed forfeit 

7. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, Decisions made by company's committee are final.
