Terms & Conditions

1. Redeem Lotus' coins to get the privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be shown on the mobile screen to staff.

2. Please redeem for this privilege before entering the gasoline station or redeem privilege on mobile phone at least 5 meters away from the fuel pump.

3. Total limit of 1,000 codes per month, 7,500 codes for the entire campaign period. Limit 10 Privilege / Member / Month,

4. Limit 1 privilege / month / receipt.

5. The redemption period is from 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026

6. Privilege is applicable at participated PT stations.

7. The discount can not be refunded or exchanged to cash and can not be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

8. Screen shots or other fraudulent practices are not acceptable.

9. The unused or expired code is deemed forfeit and coins can not be refunded.

10. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by the company’s committee are final.
