Terms & Conditions 

1. Please redeem the privilege via the Lotus's Smart App in front of the participating store staff before using the service, and present the code displayed on your mobile screen to the staff.

2. Redeem the privilege between 15 Jul 2026 - 31 Dec 2026 or until the codes run out.

3. Total limit of 100 codes and limit 10 Privilege / Member / Month for the entire campaign period.

4. Limit 1 Redemption / 1 Receipt only.

5. E-Coupons cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other payment method. They cannot be used if the purchase amount is less than the coupon value.

6. The coupon can be used to purchase products only at participating stores and branches and must be be used before its expiry date.

7. The THB 100 coupon is valid with a minimum purchase of THB 200 per receipt (after discounts).

8. This coupon can only be used on one receipt.

9. This coupon can only be used once per receipt.

10. If the purchase amount exceeds the coupon value, the customer must pay the remaining balance.

11. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaigns or discount offers.

12. This coupon cannot be transferred, exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for cash.

13. The Company reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel the coupon, or provide compensation in cases of damaged, lost, or altered coupons under any circumstances.

14. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

15. Other terms and conditions are as determined by the Company.

16. All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of system errors. Customers may request a refund through the Buzzebees Customer Service Center. Verification and refund processing will take approximately 15–45 business days.

18. Privileges or products obtained through this campaign may not be resold or used for commercial purposes. This campaign is available only to eligible participants who meet the Company's specified conditions.

19. Each code can be used only once and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

20. Invalid, expired, or previously redeemed codes will be considered forfeited, and no Coin refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

21. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Company's decision shall be final.
