1. Please redeem the privilege via the Lotus's Smart App and present it to the participating store staff before use. Show the redemption code on your mobile phone screen to the staff.

2. Redeem the privilege between 1 Aug 2026 - 31 Dec 2026 or until the codes run out.

3. Total limit of 200 codes and limit 10 Privilege / Member / Month for the entire campaign period.

4. No limit on the number of privileges that can be used per receipt.

5. Please present the redemption code on the mobile device used for redemption to the participating store staff.

6. Screenshots of redemption codes and any fraudulent activity will not be accepted.

7. This offer is valid only at Nai Phran Moo Kratha restaurants.

8. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with any other promotions.

9. Privileges or products received under this campaign are not for resale or any commercial use. This campaign is available only to eligible members in accordance with the company's terms and conditions.

10. Each redemption code may be used only once and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

11. Invalid, expired, or previously redeemed codes will be considered forfeited. Coins used for redemption are non-refundable under all circumstances.

12. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the company's decision shall be final.
