1. Please present your privilege before using the service by redeeming coins through the Lotus’s Smart App in front of participating store staff and showing the code displayed on your mobile screen to the staff.

2. Redeem the privilege between 1 Jul 2026 - 31 Dec 2026 or until the codes run out.

3. Total limit of 200 codes and limit 10 Privilege / Member / Month for the entire campaign period.

4. Limit 1 Redemption / 1 Receipt only.

5. This offer is valid for A La Carte menu items only and cannot be used with the Buffet.

6. This coupon cannot be exchanged for or redeemed as cash.

7. Screenshots, photos of the screen, or captured images of the code will not be accepted.

8. This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

9. Any privileges or products received under this campaign are strictly prohibited from resale or any commercial use. This campaign is available only to eligible participants in accordance with the company's specified terms and conditions.

10. Each code can be used only once and cannot be exchanged for or redeemed as cash.

11. Invalid, expired, or previously used codes will be considered forfeited, and coins cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

12. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the company's decision shall be final.
