1. Please present your redemption before using the service by showing the code on your mobile screen from the Lotus's Smart App to the staff at participating stores.

2. Redemptions are available from June 26, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or until supplies last.

3. There is a total limit of 53,000 redemptions throughout the campaign.

4. Rights will be updated at 9:00 AM every Thursday on June 26, July 3, July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31, August 7, August 14, August 21, and August 28, covering 10 weeks in total.

5. Members can redeem a maximum of 2 times from the 8 participating stores throughout the "My Lotus's Member Fest" campaign:

Between June 26, 2025 – July 30, 2025: Dunkin', Taobin, Potato Corner, McDonald’s.

Between July 31, 2025 – August 31, 2025: TrueMove, Dtac, KFC, The Pizza Company.

6. Redemptions from screenshots or any fraudulent activities will not be accepted.

7. Present the code to redeem your offer at participating stores and service providers.

8. This special offer is only valid for the specified redemption. It cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used with other discounts or promotions.

9. Expired codes that are not used will be considered forfeited, and coins cannot be refunded.
