Terms and Conditions

1.    My Lotus’s members will receive 2x Lotus Coins when making purchases with TrueMoney. For every 50 Baht spent per receipt, members will earn 0.3% of the net purchase value in Lotus Coins. (1 Lotus Coin = 1 Baht). The registered phone number in the TrueMoney system must match the one registered with the My Lotus’s membership.

2.    The maximum bonus reward from payments made via TrueMoney is limited to 30 Lotus Coins per person per month.

3.    The company reserves the right to exclude certain product types and services from qualifying for Lotus Coins accumulation (“Non-Participating Products”), including alcoholic beverages, tobacco, bill payment services, top-up cards, gift cards, postal services, medical supplies, infant and follow-on formula (Stages 1 & 2), and all items sold in rental zones.

4.    The calculation of earned Lotus Coins is based on the net purchase value after all applicable discounts have been deducted.

5.    In the case of product returns and refunds, members must return the previously awarded Lotus Coins to the company. The company reserves the right to deduct the corresponding number of Lotus Coins from the member’s account without prior notice.

6.    The benefits under this promotion are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
