
Activity Details and Terms & Conditions
1. Activity Period
Stamp collection period: July 24, 2025 – October 31, 2025
Reward redemption period: July 24, 2025 – November 1, 2025
2. Activity Location
All Lotus’s branches nationwide, limited to stores in the mall zone and food court only (excluding purchases made in the supermarket and via delivery services).
3. Activity Conditions
3.1 Stamp collection from optical and gold shops:
Receive 20 stamps for every THB 10,000 spent per receipt.
Applicable only for receipts from all gold shops or from Top Charoen / Mondae / Horwan optical shops.
Stamp collection is limited to 20 stamps per day per member account.
3.2 Stamp collection from other shops in Lotus’s Mall:
Receive 1 stamp for every THB 100 spent per receipt.
Only printed receipts are accepted.
Limited to 1 stamp per shop per day per member account.
Stamp collection is limited to 2 shops per day per member account (maximum 2 stamps/day).
Example: On July 24, 2025, submitting a THB 300 receipt from KFC earns 1 stamp and a THB 125 receipt from Dunkin’ earns 1 more stamp.
4. A maximum of 22 stamps per day per member account can be collected under the conditions in item 3 (up to 3 receipts/day).
5. A total of 13,325 prizes are available, with a total value of THB 13,654,950.
6. Prizes are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Each member account may redeem no more than one prize per type per redemption session.
8. The prize delivery method depends on the prize type, categorized into 5 formats:
8.1 Physical items: Delivered to the member’s registered address within 30 days of redemption.
8.2 E-code / E-coupon: Redeemable for online codes or cash equivalents.
8.3 E-discount code: Redeemable for online discount codes (conditions apply).
8.4 Online booking: An admin will contact the customer within 3 days to assist with ticket or accommodation booking.
8.5 Lucky draw: Stamps can be exchanged for a chance to win prizes.
9. Only receipts dated from July 24, 2025, to October 31, 2025, are valid for participation. Receipts must be submitted via LINE @lotussth on the same date as stated on the receipt. Late submissions are not accepted.
10. The company will calculate spending based on the net amount after discounts, based on the receipt’s date and time.
11. Gold shop receipts must include full name (matching the member account), store name, branch, date, and total clearly stated. Receipts such as gold sale notes, pawn slips, product guarantees, trade-in receipts, or receipts from jewelry/diamond stores are not eligible.
12. Shop receipts must be printed and include the branch name, store name, date, and transaction amount clearly.
13. Food court receipts are valid only when issued for non-refundable prepaid card purchases. Receipt must show clear branch and code identifiers. (Receipts from individual food court vendors are not eligible.)
14. Excluded products/services:
– Alcoholic beverages
– All tobacco products
– Infant formula (Stage 1 & 2) and supplements for children aged 6 months to 3 years
– Utility bill payments, credit card bills, phone or internet bills
– Top-up cards, gift cards, and cash cards
– Insurance premiums and all financial transactions
15. Stamps used to redeem rewards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-transferable.
16. Members can redeem rewards listed in the catalogue via LINE @lotussth without any additional cost.
17. Stamps cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others. Stamps not used within the redemption period are void and cannot be used afterward.
18. Only individuals residing in Thailand are eligible to participate.
19. Please keep original receipts for verification in case of disputes.
20. Receipt buying/selling is outside the company’s control. The company will not be held responsible for any damages or consequences arising from such actions.
21. If the company finds that participants violate any terms or engage in fraudulent behavior (e.g., falsification, deceit), the company reserves the right to revoke all benefits without prior notice.
22. The company reserves the right to amend, change, or add to these terms and conditions. All decisions by the company are final.
23. This activity is organized for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, members agree and consent to the company and its authorized representatives taking photographs, videos, audio recordings, or interviews for promotional use in any form, without compensation.
24. The company is not the seller or distributor of any reward items. The Happy Stamp reward redemption involves a direct transaction between members and the manufacturers/distributors as specified in the catalogue. The company merely facilitates payment on behalf of the member based on the designated stamp value.
As the purchaser, the member is solely responsible for following up directly with the manufacturer/distributor/service provider regarding product quality, condition, delivery, or service issues. The company is not liable for any matters related to product transactions, including whether products shown in the catalogue are available in sufficient quantity.
