Terms and Conditions for Lotus's Member Discount Coupons

  1. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of payment. If the purchase amount is less than the coupon's value, no change will be given, and the remaining balance cannot be saved for future use.
  2. Valid at all Lotus's Go Fresh branches (excluding Lotus's Online Shop). Must be used according to the specified terms and period.
  3. Each coupon can be used only once and must be used with the phone number linked to the specified member account.
  4. Limited to 1 coupon per 1 receipt. Redemptions cannot be made on behalf of others.
  5. Cannot be combined with other discount coupons, except for cash coupons and specific product discount coupons.
  6. Only coupons appearing in the Lotus's Smart App system are accepted. Photos or copies of coupons will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  7. The purchase amount used for coupon calculation is the net purchase amount after deducting coin redemptions and all types of discounts.
  8. Cannot be used to purchase alcoholic beverages, all types of tobacco, Singha Soda and all types of energy drinks, all types of sugar, all palm oil items, Dutch Mill UHT milk, Deena and D-Mall UHT, Hale's Blue Boy, Ajinomoto MSG, infant formula and follow-up formula for infants and young children (Formulas 1 and 2), supplementary food products for infants and children under 1 year old, hazardous drugs, electrical appliances, mobile phones, all True products, bill payments, top-up cards, gift cards, food courts, rental shops, gift baskets, and Jungle Cafe. The company reserves the right to add or remove non-participating items as deemed appropriate.
  9. Discounts from coupons will not be calculated for Lotus's Coins.
  10. Terms and conditions are subject to the company's discretion. The company reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the company's decision shall be final.
