1. Redeem your coins for the offer via the Lotus's Smart App.

2. Add the Joy Ride Line Official Account: @joyride. Provide the discount code and book the service any day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

3. Joy Ride's service area includes Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan. Service hours are from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Note: The service fee does not include 7% VAT, a fuel surcharge (which varies by package and distance), or toll and parking fees. Overtime charges will be applied for time exceeding the agreed-upon duration.

4. This special offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used with other discounts or promotions.

5. The company reserves the right to deny the offer in the event of any fraudulent activity.

6. Expired and unused codes are forfeited, and coins cannot be refunded.

7. The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of a dispute, the company's decision is final.
