1. Redeem Lotus’s coin to get the privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. 

2. Download the App: Download the OLDK App at https://linktr.ee/oldk.online Then, chat with admin via OLDK App to provide the received code from Lotus’s Smart App and book your physiotherapy appointment immediately.

3. Limited to 100 codes per month and 1 code per member for the entire campaign, for a total of 400 rights throughout the campaign.

4. The redemption period is 20 September 2025 – 31 December 2025 or until all rights have been redeemed.

6. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used with other discounts or promotions.

7. The company reserves the right to reject any fraudulent actions committed to obtain these rights.

8. Expired codes that have not been used will be considered forfeited, and coins cannot be refunded.

9. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by the company’s committee are final.
