Terms & Conditions

1. My Lotus members must exchange coins via the Lotus Smart App and purchase the card at l.lotuss.com/25safari

2. This promotion is for Thai citizens and foreign residents in Thailand (Work Permit required).

3. Limited to 10,000 privileges throughout the campaign, with a maximum of 4 privileges/person for the entire campaign.

4. The right to purchase can be redeemed from October 1, 2025 – November 15, 2025, or while supplies last.

5. The company reserves the right to reject codes that are incorrect, expired, or have already been used for redemption, in all cases.

6. The card can only be used for the specified right. This privilege is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

7. Expired codes that have not been used are considered forfeited, and a coin refund will not be provided.

8. This membership card costs 611 Baht per card, offers 3 years of visits, and has the same price for Adults/Children (from the regular 3-year card price of 8,640 Baht).

9. The card grants unlimited access to both zones: SAFARI PARK and MARINE PARK.

10. One membership card allows entry for one person. The company reserves the right to allow entry only to the cardholder registered with the company (the privilege cannot be transferred to another person).

11. Children under 100 cm in height can visit for free, but must be closely supervised by a guardian.

12. Upon successful payment and membership registration, you will receive the Safari World membership card as an E-Ticket which includes a QR CODE for instant scanning to enter Safari World (a physical card is not required). If a physical card is desired, you can contact the Safari World service point to request one.

13. The membership card can be used immediately after registration. The membership expires on October 31, 2028.

14. Safari World is closed every Monday, except on public holidays or days designated as operating days by the company.

15.  The card is valid only at Safari World. Terms and conditions are set by Safari World Public Company Limited.

16. The privileges or products received under this campaign are not for resale or other commercial use. This campaign is only for those who meet the conditions set by the company.

17. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of a dispute, the company's decision is final.
