Terms & Conditions

1. Redeem coins to get the privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be shown on the mobile screen to staff. Promotion will be applicable only at point of sale counter.

2. This promotion reserves for Thai residences only. 

3. Total limit of 300 codes and limit 2 privileges / Member / Month for the entire campaign period. 

4. The redemption period starts 4 December 2025 – 31 December 2025 or until the codes run out.

5. Unable to get the privilege from screen shots or other fraudulent practices.     

6. The company reserves the right to not accept an invalid or expired or used code in any cases.  

7. The code is applicable at Museum Siam only.

8. The privilege is valid as mentioned above only and cannot be refunded or exchanged to cash or any other form of payment. The privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

9. The unused or expired code is deemed forfeit and coins cannot be refunded.

10. The privileges or products received under this campaign are forbidden to be sold or otherwise used in commerce, for those who qualify under the conditions specified by the company only.

11.The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by the company’s committee are final.
