Terms & Conditions

1. Please redeem the privilege via the Lotus's Smart App and present it to the participating store staff before use. Show the redemption code on your mobile phone screen to the staff.

2. Redeem the privilege between 1 September 2026 - 31 December 2026 or until the codes run out.

3. Total limit of 300 codes and limit 10 Privilege / Member / Month for the entire campaign period.

4. Limit 1 Redemption / 1 Receipt only.

5. The privilege cannot be redeemed by presenting a screenshot or saved image of the redemption screen on a mobile phone.

6. The privilege cannot be transferred to another person.

7. If the customer loses the redemption code or deletes the message containing the code, a replacement code cannot be issued.

8. This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, sold, used for any other commercial purposes, exchanged for cash, or converted into other discounts.

9. This privilege cannot be used to earn points with Karun Membership. The store will award points based only on the net amount shown on the receipt.

10. Rights or products received under this campaign may not be sold or used for any other commercial purposes. This campaign is available only to eligible customers who meet the conditions specified by the Company.

11. The code can be used only once and cannot be exchanged for or converted into cash. No change will be given.

12. Any invalid, expired, or previously redeemed code will be considered forfeited, and the coins cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

13. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
