Terms & Conditions

1. Please present your entitlement before using the service by redeeming coins through the Lotus’s Smart App in front of participating store staff and showing the code displayed on your mobile screen to the staff.

2. Redemption period starts 1 Jul 2026 - 31 Dec 2026 or until the codes run out.

3. Total limit of 600 codes and limit 2 Privilege / Member / Month for the entire campaign period.

4. Limit 1 redemption / 1 receipt only.

5. Valid at all Shinkanzen Sushi branches.

6. This deal is valid for dine-in and takeaway orders only (and may be used together with Shinkanzen Sushi Buffet).

7. This deal cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or privilege cards.

8. This online deal (E-Voucher) is valid only within the period specified on the purchase order.

9. Please inform the staff of your intention to use the online deal (E-Voucher) before ordering food / services. During payment, the voucher must be redeemed by the store staff at checkout, or redeemed in the presence of the staff only.

10. The Company / Store reserves the right to reject QR Codes displayed from photographs, screenshots, or any format other than those shown directly through the app.

11. Once the customer confirms redemption of the E-Voucher, it will be recorded as used immediately and cannot be reused at a later date.

12. The online deal (E-Voucher) cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

13. Any entitlement or product received under this campaign may not be resold or used for commercial purposes. This campaign is available only to eligible members in accordance with the Company's terms and conditions.

14. Each code may be used only once and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

15. If the purchase value exceeds THB 100, the customer must pay the difference.

16. Invalid, expired, or previously redeemed codes will be deemed forfeited, and coins cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

17. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Company's decision shall be final.
