Terms & Conditions

1. Redeem Lotus's coins to get the privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be shown on the mobile screen to staff.

2. Total limit of 2,400 codes and Limit 10 Privilege / Member / Month.

3. 1 code / 1 bill only.

4. The redemption period is from 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026 or until supplies last.

5. The code can be used for purchase ice-cream and beverage at all Swensen's branches, except the branches in airport.

6. Unable to get the privilege from screen shots or other fraudulent practices.             

7. The code can be used one time only and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of payment. In case of a purchase is less than the voucher value, change cannot be given. 

8. If a purchase is more than 100 Baht, an additional cost must be paid by customers.

9. The invalid, expired or used code is deemed forfeit and coins cannot be refunded in any case.

10. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by the company’s committee are final.
