
Terms & Conditions
1. Redeem points to get the privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be shown on the mobile screen to staff.
2. Total limit of 500 codes and limit 10 Privilege / Member / Month for the entire campaign period.
3. The redemption period is 1 May 2025 - 31 Dec 2025 or until the codes run out.
4. This privilege can be used at all KOI Thé branches.
5. To use the privilege, open the application and show the QR code on your mobile phone screen to the staff.
6. The QR code must be displayed on your mobile phone screen.
7. You can reuse the privilege until the balance in the code is depleted.
8. The privilege cannot be converted into cash or transferred to a KOI Card.
9. You can combine this privilege with other promotions offered by the store.
10. The company is not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the code.
11. If the value of the goods exceeds the balance in the code, you must pay the remaining amount in cash, credit card, or other payment methods.
12. Expired codes and unused codes will be forfeited and points cannot be refunded.
13. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by the company’s committee are final.
