1. Redeem Lotus's coins to get the privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be shown on the mobile screen to staff.

2. Total limit of 1,000 codes.

3. 1 Privilege/ bill only

4. The redemption period is 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026 or while supplies last.

5. Unable to get the privilege from screen shots or other fraudulent practices.

6. This 35 Baht E-Voucher can be redeemed for any Dairy Queen products.

7. The code is applicable at Dairy Queen participating branches except all airports, Royal Garden Pattaya, Jungceylon 1 and 2, Central Festival Samui, Mobile store, Outdoor shop, and Truck.

8. This E-Voucher can be used one time only and cannot be exchanged to cash. If purchasing products valued over than 35 Baht, customer must pay the price difference.

9. This privilege cannot be refunded or exchanged to cash or any other form of payment. This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

10. The unused or expired code is deemed forfeit and coins cannot be refunded.

11. The privileges or products received under this campaign are forbidden to be sold or otherwise used in commerce, for those who qualify under the conditions specified by the company only

12. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by the company’s committee are final.
