Terms & Conditions

1. This privilege is for My Lotus's members to use Lotus Points to redeem an e-code for a free hot or cold beverage only.

2. Customers must show the received code to the staff at the point of transaction to receive a free hot or cold beverage.

3. Limited to 1,000 redemptions.

4. Only 1 redemption per receipt.

5. Redemption period starts 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026 or until the codes run out.

6. Can be redeemed at all branches of Punthai Coffee, except for the airport branch (branches not participating in the promotion: Punthai at Suvarnabhumi Airport).

7. This special privilege cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Benefits or products received under this campaign cannot be sold or used for other commercial purposes. The campaign is exclusively for eligible participants as per company-defined conditions.

9. Each code can be used only once and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

10. Incorrect, expired, or already redeemed codes are considered forfeited, and coins cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

11. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company’s decision is final.
