Terms & Conditions

1. Redeem Lotus's coins to get the privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be shown on the mobile screen to staff.

2. Total limit of 1,000 codes per month, 5,000 codes for the entire campaign period.

3. 1 privilege/ 1 bill only

4. Valid from 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026 or until the codes last.

5. Unable to get the privilege from screen shots or other fraudulent practices.     

6. The Code is applicable at All BBQ Plaza branches nationwide. 

7. Can not use with BBQ Plaza other promotions.

8. Can not use with discount from BARBGON Club member card but can redeem the points as usual.

9. In case that  has more value than food and beverage prices, the remaining amount will be canceled automatically and customers can not ask for refund. 

10. Price of this E Voucher has summitted VAT by section 78/3, so the tax invoice can not be issued again.

11. The company reserves the right not to take resposibility on any damages as these following cases: 

  11.1 Not receiving the E Voucher due to the error from customers mobile phone. 

  11.2 Unable to use the E Voucher due to data loss.

  11.3 Misuse of E Voucher.

12.This privilege cannot be refunded or exchanged to cash or any other form of payment. This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

13. Buying and using the benefits from this E Voucher, customers agree  to be bound by these terms and conditions and as it appears in the electronic communication channels of the company in all respects.

14. The unused or expired code is deemed forfeit and coins cannot be refunded.

15. The privileges or products received under this campaign are forbidden to be sold or otherwise used in commerce, for those who qualify under the conditions specified by the company only

16. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by the company’s committee are final.
