1. Please present your rights before using the service by redeeming coins for benefits via the Lotus Smart App. Then, open the WashXpress app to scan and receive the discount coupon in the "Your Coupons" menu.

2. Limited to 1,000 redemptions.

3. 1 redemption per receipt only.

4. Redemption is available from 15 January 2025 - 31 December 2025 or until all redemptions are claimed.

5. Valid at all WashXpress branches.

6. The discount coupon worth 50 THB can be used as a discount for washing, drying, and wash-dry-fold services.

7. The benefits or items received under this campaign cannot be sold or used for any other commercial purposes. The campaign is exclusively for eligible participants as defined by the company.

8. The code can be used only once and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

9. If the purchase exceeds 50 THB, the customer must pay the difference.

10. Invalid, expired, or already-redeemed codes are considered forfeited. Coins will not be refunded under any circumstances.

11. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company's decision is final.
