 1. Coupon is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of payment. In case the purchase amount is less than the coupon value, you will not receive any change and cannot keep the difference for future use.
 2. Coupon can be used at any branch of Lotus's Except Lotus's shop online before the expiry date.
 3. Coupon can be used only one time and must be used in conjunction with the phone number associated with the specified member account only.
 4. Only coupon displayed in Lotus’s Smart App is acceptable. Photos or copies are not allowed.
 5. The purchase amount used as a condition for applying coupon is the net purchase amount after deducting coin exchange and all types of discounts.
 6.
