Terms & Conditions

1. Redeem points to get the privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be shown on the mobile screen to staff. 

2. Total limit of 200 codes and Limit 10 Privilege / Member / Month.

3. Limited 1 code, to 1 receipt only. 

4.The redemption period is 1 Jan 2025 - 31 Dec 2025 or until the codes run out. 

5. Can be used at S&P stores, participating restaurants or delivery services, call 1344 only (excluding bakery shops). Please check for more information at the point of sale before receiving the privilege. 

     5.1 In case of home delivery service Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. For more information on shipping costs and payment methods, please contact S&P Call Center, Tel. 1344. 

     5.2 Can be used for the products as specified only. The shop reserves the right to change the product in case the product is out of stock and cannot be changed or refunded for cash. 

     5.3 Cannot be used with promotional products, membership cards, other discount cards. and catering services 

     5.4 Reserve the right to refrain from accepting invalid or expired S&P CODEs. 

     5.5 Reserve the right to issue tax invoices with customers who bring S&P CODE to redeem products at the store. Since the company has issued a VAT invoice to the Siam Commercial Bank. 

6. This offer is as specified by the company and reserves the right to change the product as the company appropriate. 

7. The privileges or products received under this campaign are forbidden to be sold or otherwise used in commerce, for those who qualify under the conditions specified by the company only. 

8.The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by the company’s committee are final.
