1. Please redeem the benefit before using the service by exchanging Lotus Coins through the Lotus Smart App in front of participating store staff and showing the code on your mobile screen to the staff.

2. Total limit of 1,000 codes and Limit 10 Privilege / Member / Month.

3. Only 1 redemption per receipt.

4. The redemption period is 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026 or until the codes run out. 

5. The electronic cash voucher holds the value stated on the front of the voucher.   

6. The voucher can be used to purchase food and beverages at all The Pizza Company branches, except airport branches.   

7. The voucher is valid for dine-in, takeaway, 1112 call orders, and purchases via The Pizza Company website and app only. 

8. Please present the details of the electronic cash voucher to the staff.   

9. The electronic cash voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, If purchasing items with a value greater than the value on the card, the customer must pay the difference. 

10. The electronic cash voucher does not cover delivery fees, which must be paid separately when using delivery services.   

11. The company is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the electronic cash voucher.   

12. The electronic cash voucher is subject to the terms and conditions set by the company, which reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms and conditions without prior notice. 

13. Benefits or products received under this campaign cannot be sold or used for other commercial purposes. The campaign is exclusively for eligible participants as per company-defined conditions.

14. Each code can be used only once and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

15. For purchases exceeding 100 Baht, customers must pay the difference.

16. Incorrect, expired, or already redeemed codes are considered forfeited, and coins cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

17. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company’s decision is final.
