Terms & Conditions

1. Redeem Lotus's Coins to get privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be shown on the mobile screen to staff. 

2. Redemption period starts 26 June 2025 – 30 July 2025 or while supplies lasts. 

3. Limit of 2,000 codes/week and Total limit 10,000 codes/campaign

4. The privileges will be updated 09.00 AM. on every Thursday for 5 weeks, on June 26, 2025, and July 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2025

5. Members can redeem for this privilege up to 2 times from 8 participating stores throughout the My Lotus’s Fest Campaign.

6. Unable to get the privilege from screen shots or other fraudulent practices.

7. The code is applicable at Dunkin Donuts in Lotus's all Branches participating 

8. The privilege is valid as mentioned above only and cannot be refunded or exchanged to cash or any other form of payment. The privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts 

9. The unused and expired code is deemed forfeit and coins cannot be refunded. 

10. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by company's committee are final.
