1. For DTAC individual customers (postpaid or prepaid) with an active service status, no outstanding balances, and registered on dtac Application and My Lotus's members.

2. Redemption period starts 31 July 2025 – 31 August 2025 or while supplies lasts. 

3. Limit of 1,700 codes/week and Total limit 8,500 codes/campaign

4. The privileges will be updated 09.00 AM. on every Thursday for 5 weeks, on July 31, 2025, and August 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2025

5. Members can redeem for this privilege up to 2 times from 8 participating stores throughout the My Lotus’s Fest Campaign. (Dunkin, Taobin, Potato Corner, McDonald’s – from June 26 to July 30, 2025 and TrueMove H, DTAC, KFC, The Pizza Company – from July 31 to August 31, 2025)

6. How to Redeem

6.1 After successfully redeeming coins, copy the link and open it in your web browser. 

6.2 The system will direct you to the redemption page within the DTAC application. 

6.3 Click to redeem the privilege and follow the steps. Wait for a confirmation message to begin using the service.

7. This specific privilege can only be redeemed 1 privilege / campaign.

8. This offer is reserved exclusively for customers who are using a DTAC number on the day of redemption.

9. This privilege is subject to the company's terms and conditions. Users must review additional information on the DTAC application before selecting the service. 

10. The privilege is valid as mentioned above only and cannot be refunded or exchanged to cash or any other form of payment. The privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts 

11. The unused and expired code is deemed forfeit and coins cannot be refunded. 

12. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by company's committee are final.
