1. Redeem Lotus's Coins to get privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be shown on the mobile screen to staff. 

2. Redemption period starts 9 August 2025 – 12 August 2025

4. Members can redeem for this privilege up to 1 time from 9 participating stores throughout the Mother’s Day Campaign.

5. This E-Cash Voucher already includes VAT in accordance with section 78/3 of the Revenue Code, and it has been provided to the first purchaser. Therefore, no additional tax invoice can be issued when it is redeemed for goods or services. 

6. This E-Cash Voucher can be used at Bar B Q Plaza and participating stores in the promotion. 

7. The value of this E-Cash Voucher can be counted towards loyalty points and total spending for members when redeemed for goods and services at the store. 

8. Please present this voucher to the staff at the point of payment; otherwise, you will forfeit your rights. For stores supporting the Order to Payment (O2P) system, kindly scan the QR Code below in the store's system before making a payment. 

9. This E-Cash Voucher can only be used within the date specified in the terms or on the voucher. If the date is exceeded, it will be considered a forfeiture of your right. 

10. The Company is not liable for any damage or loss to the customer under the following circumstances: 

10.1 When this E-Cash Voucher cannot be used because it has already been redeemed, duplicated, damaged, or if the data is lost, incomplete, or involved in any fraudulent activities. 

10.2 When this E-Cash Voucher cannot be used due to issues with the customer's mobile phone. 

10.3 When this E-Cash Voucher is used incorrectly or not in accordance with the conditions, methods, and channels specified by the Company. 

11. By purchasing and using this E-Cash Voucher, the customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein and as provided through the Company’s online communications. 

12. The company reserves the right to cancel any E-Cash Vouchers that have been previously used. 

13. This voucher can be used for dine-in, take home, or orders made through GON Delivery Line: @GONmember only.     

14. The unused or expired code is deemed forfeit and coins cannot be refunded. 

15. The privileges or products received under this campaign are forbidden to be sold or otherwise used in commerce, for those who qualify under the conditions specified by the company only 

16. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, decisions made by the company’s committee are final.
