1. Redeem Lotus's Coins to get privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be shown on the mobile screen to staff. 

2. Redemption period starts 9 August 2025 – 12 August 2025

4. Members can redeem for this privilege up to 1 time from 9 participating stores throughout the Mother’s Day Campaign.

5. Valid at all branches of Shinkanzen sushi. 

6. This deal can only be consumed at the restaurant or for takeout (can be used in conjunction with Shinkanzen sushi Buffet). 

7. This deal cannot be combined with other promotions or discount cards. 

8. This online deal (E-Voucher) can only be used within the specified period stated on the order. 

9. Please inform the staff of your intention to use the online deal (E-Voucher) before ordering food/services, and at the time of payment, you must have the staff at the store redeem the voucher during the payment process or redeem it in front of the staff only. 

10. The company/store reserves to refuse the use of the QR Code if it is displayed from a photograph/screenshot taken from a mobile phone or in any other form that is not shown through the app. 

11. After the customer confirms the use of the deal (E-Voucher), the usage will be recorded immediately and the deal cannot be reused later. 

12. Online deals (E-Voucher) cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances. 

13. Benefits or products received under this campaign cannot be sold or used for other commercial purposes. The campaign is exclusively for eligible participants as per company-defined conditions. 

14. Each code can be used only once and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. 

15. For purchases exceeding 100 Baht, customers must pay the difference. 

16. Incorrect, expired, or already redeemed codes are considered forfeited, and coins cannot be refunded under any circumstances. 

17. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company’s decision is final.
