1. Redeem E-coupon to get privilege via Lotus's Smart Application only. The code from the redemption must be show on the mobile screen to staff.

2.Get 10% discount on medication costs (IPD, OPD).

- Medication costs are categorized according to standard groups as follows:

Modern medicine - Dangerous drugs, Special controlled drugs, Packaged drugs, Common household medicine ,Herbal medicines, Psychoactive substances, Narcotics, Biological products, Parenteral nutrition (Excluding special medications, special medical supplies, and all lump-sum payment items) Total limit 1,000 privilege / campaign 

3. Redemption period Start 10 September 2025 - 31 December 2025

4. The code is applicable at BANGKOK HOSPITAL UDON only.

5. The privilege is valid as mentioned above only and cannot be refunded or exchanged to cash or any other form of payment. The privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts

6. The unused and expired code is deemed forfeit 

7. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of conflict, Decisions made by company's committee are final.
