Terms and Conditions for Using My Lotus's Discount Coupons

1.Each member ID is eligible for one redemption per coupon only

2.    Coupons cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash or other forms of payment. If the purchase amount is less than the coupon value, the difference cannot be refunded or carried over for future use.

3.    Coupons can be used at Lotus's All Format (except Lotus's shop online) and must be used according to the specified conditions and period.

4.    Each coupon can be used only once and must be used with the phone number linked to the specified member account.

5.    Limit one coupon per receipt. Coupons cannot be transferred or used on behalf of others.

6.    Coupons cannot be combined with other discount coupons, except for cash coupons and product-specific discount coupons.

7.    Only coupons displayed in the Lotus's Smart App system are accepted. Photos or copies of coupons are not accepted under any circumstances.

8.    The purchase amount used to calculate the coupon usage is the net purchase amount after deducting all types of discounts and coin exchanges.

9.    Coupons cannot be used to purchase alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, all types of Singha soda and energy drinks, all types of sugar, all types of palm oil, UHT milk from Dutch Mill, Dna, and Dmalt UHT, Hale's Blue Boy, Ajinomoto MSG, infant and toddler formula (stage 1 and 2), infant and toddler food products for children under 1 year old, dangerous drugs, electrical appliances, mobile phones, all True products, bill payments, top-up cards, gift cards, food court, rental shops, gift baskets, and Jungle Cafe. The company reserves the right to add or remove non-participating products as appropriate.

10.    Discounts from coupons will not be calculated into Lotus's Coins.

11.    Conditions are as specified by the company. The company reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company's decision is final.
