Terms and Conditions for Using Lotus Member Discount Coupons

1. Coupons cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other forms of payment. If the purchase amount is less than the coupon value, the remaining balance cannot be refunded or carried forward.

2. Coupons can be used at all Lotus's branches, Lotus's Shop Online (Delivery Now, Next-Day Delivery, Click & Collect), except via Line Hato. Usage must comply with the specified terms and validity period.

3. Each coupon can be used only once and must be used with the phone number linked to the specified member account.

4. Limited to one coupon per receipt. Coupons cannot be transferred or used on behalf of others.

5. Cannot be combined with other discount coupons, except for Cash Vouchers and product-specific discount coupons.

6. Only coupons displayed in the Lotus's Smart App are accepted. Photos or copies of coupons are not valid under any circumstances.

7. The purchase amount used to calculate coupon eligibility is the net amount after deducting coin redemptions and all types of discounts.

8. Coupons are valid for discounts on electronic products only. The company reserves the right to add or remove items from the eligible product list as deemed appropriate.

9. Discounts from coupons will not be counted toward Lotus's Coin accumulation.

10. Terms and conditions are as specified by the company. The company reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company's decision is final.
