6. Once redeemed, the privilege must be used within the same day.

8. Only coupons displayed within the Lotus’s Smart App are valid and must be redeemed at the food court cashier. Photos or copies of coupons will not be accepted under any circumstances.
9. Expired or unused codes shall be deemed forfeited and cannot be reissued or reclaimed.
